Foundational design system
I had the opportunity to work on the development of the ACT Government Design System as part of the Pollen team. My role focused on creating concept designs, designing key page templates, building a scalable design system, collaborating with the UX team to validate user journeys and ensure designs met accessibility standards. I worked closely with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, aligning the system with the needs of various agencies. Additionally, I collaborated with developers to deliver components in Storybook, providing guidance for seamless integration across various government websites. This approach ensured the design system was adaptable, consistent, and equipped to support the diverse needs of ACT Government agencies.
